Machine Introduction

       This product adopts a conveyor belt lifting device to lift the bottle cap to a high position. It relies on the gravity of the bottle cap for positive and negative screening. A sensor is designed at the outlet of the capping machine to detect that the material stops when it is full, and automatically caps when there is a shortage of material. Suitable for conventional plastic caps and tin caps, it has the characteristics of simple operation, accurate screening, high covering efficiency, and full material detection.

(3) Control the start and stop of the motor based on the bottle cap detection signal set by the cap trimmer.
