01 Production Department
In this review meeting, the issue of production planning became the focus of discussion. With the expansion of business and the dynamic changes in market demand, the current production plan has shown its inadequacies. In the past, when formulating plans, there were deviations in estimating market demand fluctuations, leading to a mismatch between raw material procurement and actual production needs. This has resulted in situations of work stoppages due to lack of materials, affecting production progress and the timeliness of order delivery. Meanwhile, effective coordination mechanisms should be established for the delivery between various production links to address the issue of poor process connection, thereby further improving production efficiency.
The delivery delay is attributed to the absence of a maintenance system and a professional team. The production department plans to introduce an advanced equipment management system, implement full lifecycle management, draft maintenance plans, assign dedicated personnel to take charge, and strengthen training for maintenance personnel.
For production site management, the production department will implement the 8S management concept, comprehensively rectify the site, standardize material placement and personnel responsibilities, and strengthen supervision through strict systems and assessment standards to enhance production efficiency.
02 Technical Department
The Technology Department has achieved certain accomplishments in its past work. Looking back, there are also some issues that merit improvement. In terms of technology research and development, the research and development cycle is excessively long. Moreover, the sensitivity to tracking new technologies and trends during the research and development process is insufficient, resulting in a failure to update product innovations in a timely manner.
The issue of excessively long R&D cycles primarily stems from inadequate project management, unoptimized R&D processes, and insufficiently smooth collaboration among team members. In response, the Technology Department will introduce an agile development model, implement refined management of R&D projects, clarify the goals and tasks for each stage, rationally allocate R&D resources, and enhance R&D efficiency. Simultaneously, we will strengthen communication and collaboration among team members, establishing effective communication mechanisms and collaboration platforms.
Addressing the issue of insufficient product innovation, the Technology Department will increase R&D investment, strengthen cooperation with universities and research institutions, establish a mechanism for industry-academia-research collaboration, and stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies and development trends in the industry. Furthermore, technical personnel are encouraged to actively engage in technological innovation activities, and those with outstanding contributions will be rewarded.
In terms of technical services, the Technology Department will establish a rapid response mechanism, set up a dedicated technical service hotline and online service platform, and promptly handle customers' technical inquiries and feedback. We will strengthen the training of technical service personnel, enhance their service awareness and professional skills, and ensure to provide customers with high-quality and efficient technical services.
03 Future Plans
