In order to effectively fulfill the primary responsibility of enterprise fire safety and prevent and resolve fire hazards in the factory area, Cao County Luhong Machinery recently organized a special fire safety training activity for all employees. 01 Fire safety knowledge training to reinforce the main responsibility of safety
The machinery manufacturing industry is a high-risk sector prone to fires, with concentrated combustible materials, numerous electrical equipment, and a myriad of potential hazards. This training is aimed at enterprise employees, explicitly requiring all personnel to eliminate any lax or reckless attitudes, standardize operational procedures, strictly prohibit unauthorized hot work and electricity use, and fortify the ideological defense line against fire safety hazards.
02 Analysis of typical cases, using cases as warnings to sound the alarm
The training organized the viewing of industry fire warning promotional videos, which visually demonstrated the horror of fires through real accidents. It clearly made everyone aware of the serious consequences caused by issues such as weak fire awareness, improper handling methods, and the lack of fire-fighting facilities. It guided employees to learn from past experiences and lessons, avoid taking chances, and always maintain a high level of safety awareness in production.
03 Equipment practical operation drill, proficiently master fire extinguishing skills
To ensure that everyone knows how to use fire-fighting equipment, a live demonstration was conducted on the usage of fire extinguishers and other equipment, with detailed explanations on the essentials of lifting, pulling, grasping, and pressing. Employees practiced hands-on and mastered the skills of extinguishing initial fires. At the same time, it was emphasized that attention should be paid to the location of equipment and regular inspections of equipment status should be conducted daily, so as to achieve early detection and rectification of hidden dangers.
Fire safety is everyone's responsibility. The content of this fire safety training is pragmatic and effectively enhances the safety awareness and prevention and control capabilities of all employees.
